About Asia e University

Asia e University (AeU) is a flexible-mode international university set in Asia, with its headquarters based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With Learning Centres in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia (and the list is continuously growing), AeU is a university set in Asia, by Asians under the Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD). Its establishment is an initiative of Malaysia, as the Asia Cooperation Dialogue Countries (ACD) prime mover for e-education, with the support of 31 ACD member countries as confirmed by the Islamabad 2005 and Doha 2006 ACD Ministerial Meetings. AeU programmes and products focus on affordability, accessibility, and marketability, and will be characterised by flexibility, quality, and relevance.

Note the excellent progress of Asia e University (AeU) in Malaysia and agree to explore the ways and means for the establishment of the Asian Credit Transfer System (ACTS) on a voluntary basis, and reaffirm the role of Asia e University (AeU) as an instrument for human capacity building, closing digital divide, increasing higher education accessibility and promoting e-education for the benefit of all ACD member countries.

Programme Objectives:

Entry Requirement:                              

a). Executive Diploma or Diploma with minimum of 5 years of work experience or

b). Any other qualification with 5 years minimum work experience, subject to approval of the University

Assessment: 

Attendance, Presentation, Class Exam/Test & Assignment

Delivery Mode: 

Lectures, Case Studies, Presentation & Experiential Learning

Duration: 15 Months

Special Features:              

1. One Industry Seminar with Industry Practitioners

2. One Module will be conducted in Indonesia  preferably at a University Campus together with an Industry Visit
